Yes. We recommend going for one of our property photography packages that include a floorplan and EPC, however we can also carry out stand alone EPCs, photos, or plans.
If you have only received a link to the EPC, it may be because you have only paid for the EPC.
The estate agent may have asked to be invoiced for the plan and photos. In this instance, the photos and plan will only be sent to them. Please liase with your estate agent direct.
If you have received a link with no EPC when one was ordered, it may be that we have signed the job off so that the agent can receive the photos and plans before we have carried out the relevant EPC calculations so as to avoid any delays.
