Privacy Policy

We receive details about members of the public via a) our estate agents, and b) by private enquiry via our website.
We do not contact anybody outside of these initial enquiries, unless we have asked permission to do so.
We do not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent.
The personal information we keep are basic contact details.
If you choose to not be contacted by us in the future about your enquiry, please email us immediately to let us know.
We only contact people once given the details from yourselves direct, or our contractor (the estate agent), which in turn will have their own GDPR compliance policies in place. We have a check box that our contractor will have to tick on the online ordering system, confirming that they have gained permission for contact to be made to that client.
To reiterate this point, Emzo Marketing will only process clients information to fulfil the commissioned job.
We have security measures in place to protect your information from being accessed by unauthorised persons.
We do not personally hold any payment details, all payments will be made via bacs, cheque or via our pay by credit/debit card link on our invoices which is set up safely through World Pay.
Individuals have a right to complain to the ICO if they think there is a problem with the way we are handling their data.

Estate Agent Services Terms & Conditions

1 – We can supply your photographs in a format suitable for print and web use.
2 – Our floorplans can be provided in JPEG and PDF formats
3 – We will keep your floorplan and photographs on file for 3 months, after which these will be archived, and a £2+vat fee will be applied to retrieve these items. We will keep the photos and plans available for up to three years, after which they will deleted from our archives.
4 – Once ordered, we endeavour to book the appointment in within 2 working days
5 – Once having visited a property, we will get your ordered products back to you within 24 hours.
6 – As our client, we will have set up an agreement where by you are either invoiced monthly or we take payment directly from your client ‘the vendor’, for our work.
If however, we have agreed to do both – please indicate on the order as to how you would like
us to take payment. We will need to mention payment details to your client when we book the
appointment in over the phone, if you want them to pay us direct.
7 – If we turn up to a property, and through no fault of our own, can not gain entry, we will
charge a standard £20+vat call out charge to either you the estate agent, or to the vendor of said
Cancellations of jobs up to 3 hours before the allotted appointment time will incur a charge of £20+vat.
8 – Communication is key – we have a password protected ordering system for all our estate agents in place, which we keep you updated with appointment dates and times
9 – We cannot order good weather – (I know it’s not good enough) we lighten, brighten and add
blue skies on to external shots if taken on a dull day. If you would like us to revisit on a sunny
day, then we endeavour to book the revisit as soon as we can depending on availability. There
will be a £20+vat call out fee added to the order.
10 – Our guarantee to you – if you are not 100% happy with your photography, we will offer a reshoot free of charge; certain conditions apply
– We will need notification about the reshoot within 14 days of our initial visit to your property.
– The reshoot does not include external photos, as there are many external factors, such as time of day and weather that unfortunately are out of our control.
11 – All copyright relating to the commission of photography is owned exclusively by Emzo Marketing.
12 – Our floorplans are measured to the RICS code of measuring practice however, if we have been asked to re draw another estate agents plan, then these plans will not be RICS compliant. It is your responsibility to check these plans for errors.
13 – If you make changes of any kind to the floorplan which might affect the total square footage, we will not accept responsibility for the new quoted area.
